A 28-unit multi-family building at 905 Forest Lane, just off Main Street in Schwenksville — sourced by William Eagles and built by Green Tree Group Contracting. Two-bedroom, two-bath apartments with premium finishes throughout, in the Perkiomen Valley School District.
Most of what I do never shows up as a yard sign. Alcove at Forest Lane started as a piece of ground in Schwenksville that wasn’t openly for sale — the kind of site that only becomes a project when someone connects the right parcel to the right builder.
Identified the Forest Lane parcel as a viable multi-family site and brought it to a builder actively looking for density in Montgomery County.
Green Tree Group Contracting took the project on and built it ground-up — 28 units across a single multi-family building just off Main Street.
Completed in 2024 with premium finishes throughout, and leased up as new apartment inventory in the Perkiomen Valley School District.
